The chair keeps a tab. You pay it back.
Tap Sit when you settle in and Stand when you get up. Every hour in the chair is charged in movement minutes to your neck, spine, wrists, eyes and breath — then repaid in two-minute windows of seated moves nobody would notice.
The same four screens you meet the first time you open the app — the whole idea fits in them.
Tap Sit when you settle in and Stand when you get up. Every hour in the chair is charged in movement minutes — the ledger shows exactly what is owed.
The tag on a block decides who gets charged. Typing hits the wrists first; calls hit the neck. Each zone carries its own balance.
Set a few windows across the day. The planner fills each one with seated moves from a fixed catalogue — no equipment, nothing anyone would notice.
The tag suggested when you tap Sit — Typing, Calls, Gaming, Reading or Mixed. Change it any time in House Rules.
Every block carries a tag. The tag sets a fixed rate — movement minutes owed per hour of sitting — for each of the five zones. Rates are hard-wired in the app; nothing is guessed.
| Tag | Neck | Spine | Wrists | Eyes | Breath |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Typing | 1.5 | 1.5 | 2.0 | 0.5 | 0.5 |
| Calls | 2.0 | 1.5 | 0.5 | 0.5 | 1.5 |
| Gaming | 1.0 | 0.5 | 2.5 | 1.5 | 0.5 |
| Reading | 1.5 | 1.0 | 0.5 | 2.5 | 0.5 |
| Mixed | 1.2 | 1.2 | 1.2 | 1.2 | 1.2 |
Past 90 minutes in one block, the remainder is charged at ×1.25. A zone at 8 min or more is flagged Overdue. Extra repayment is never credited — the balance floors at zero.
A floating bar with three counters — where the tab is kept, where it is repaid, and where the books are audited.
One big plate: tap Sit, watch the timer and the live charge; tap Stand and the block is written to today's ledger. Forgot to tap? Add a block by hand with the times you remember.
Set two-minute windows across the day, once or every weekday. Build Plan fills each one with moves matched to what is owed right now; mark a window Discreet and only moves nobody would notice are chosen.
No window in sight? Pay Now builds a quick session from the current balance and runs it on the spot — each move timed, with an optional spoken cue at the start.
Accrued versus repaid, by tag and by zone, over the last five weeks. Every Sunday an audit is written from the week's numbers; your Standing rises with each debt-free day.
One notification at each window you set, and a long-sit nudge when an open block runs past 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Local notifications only — nothing leaves the phone.
At midnight, unpaid minutes are written off and every day starts at zero — or switch on Carry-over and let them roll into the next day up to a limit you choose. Anything beyond it is noted in history.
Holds, reps, gazes and breaths — 30 to 90 seconds each, all done in the chair. The gold mark means discreet: safe for an open-plan office or a call.
Debt-free days raise your Standing. Stamps are earned along the way — each one a mark in the ledger, none of them bought.
No account, no sign-in, no profile. No analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting. Remove the app and the ledger goes with it — there is no copy on a server. The planner sends numbers only, and with Offline planner only switched on it sends nothing at all.
